2010 marks the 151st Anniversary of The Queen's Plate - the first jewel in Canada’s Triple Crown of Thoroughbred Racing and the longest continuously run stakes race in North America.
The other gems in the Crown are the Prince of Wales Stakes (Sunday, July 12th, 2009 at Fort Erie Racetrack) followed by the Breeders’ Stakes (Sunday, August 2nd, 2009 at Woodbine Racetrack). |
