Group is pleased to offer a number of venues and ideas that have
proven to be successful in generating revenues for numerous charitable
organizations. The exciting sport of horse racing, coupled with
our superb dining facilities, make the races an ideal setting
for your function. There are many ways we can make a "Day or
Evening at the Races" both memorable and profitable for your
organization. The packages outlined below can be combined or tailored
to meet your specific needs. Charitable organizations have successfully
sold tickets for $50.00 to $175.00 per person.

DINING
PACKAGE
Requirements: Minimum guarantee of 232 people for Post
Parade to be secured for a private event. This allows you to utilize
the Back of Post Parade for a Silent Auction area. Skirted tables
for auction will be provided at no additional charges.
Your plan would include:
- Official Racing Programs for all your guests
- Welcome to the group in the Racing Program and on the infield
matrix board
- Assistance from your Group Hostesses during your function
- Private Mutuel windows conveniently located within the dining
room
- Easy to follow betting guide
- Standard racing lunch or dinner buffet
- Donation of Dinner for Two package, for Silent Auction
SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE
Race Sponsorships can assist you in generating additional funds
for your charity.
Your fund-raising organization would set a price for each race.
Then sell the sponsorship to corporations, organizations or individuals
that support your cause. Charitable organizations have successfully
sold sponsorships from $500.00 to $10,000.00. Your organization
would know best what your market would bear.
For a race sponsorship, you could offer the purchaser the
following for their investment:
- A race designate in the Racing Program in honour of the sponsor/presenter;
an excellent promotional tool which would be viewed by all racetrack
fans in attendance and across North America to where we simulcast
- Presenter's name flashed on the infield matrix board, and
guests' names announced by the Announcer
- A trip to the Winner's Circle for six of the corporations'
guests
- Presenter's name and/or logo on a horse blanket, which is
presented in the Winner's Circle and broadcasted live and to
all simulcast racetracks
- An 8" x 10" colour photograph of the presentation
- Four buffets in the Post Parade dining room
- Four Valet parking passes
For example, if your organization sold race presentations for
$1,000.00 each, your cost for the above package would be as follows:
- Race presentation blanket - $200.00 (price may vary based
on name and/or logo design)
- VIP luncheon for four - 139.80 (based on standard buffet
menu)
- Valet parking for four vehicles - 32.00
Total expense: $3671.80
Profit per race: $628.20
If your organization sold 6 race sponsorships, at a profit
of $628.20 each, your total profit would be $3,769.20.
The above mentioned packages are subject to
black out dates.
