All tickets for shows will be provided electronically through Woodbine Entertainment Group e-ticket reservation system. Tickets will be emailed individually to one, or the number of emails provided at time of booking after you receive an email confirmation with charges. Your e-tickets will be sent with in 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation email.
Credit Card payments will be processed with in 24 hours of booking tickets.
NO EMAIL: If you do not have an email account, tickets will be emailed to Mohawk Dinner Theatre directly. They will hold tickets for you to claim at the Hostess/Host stand the afternoon or evening of the performance purchased.

Ticket Terms of Sale
This ticket is a revocable license. The holder, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, the “Holder”), by using this ticket and entering Mohawk Racetrack (the “Racetrack”), agrees to be bound by all the terms of this license. The Holder agrees not to transmit, distribute, or sell (or aid in transmitting. distributing, or selling) any description, account, picture, video, audio, or other form of reproduction of the event or any surrounding activities (in whole or in part) for which this ticket is issued (the “Event”). This ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of Woodbine Entertainment Group (“WEG”) and Working Reel Production (“WRP”). Breach of any of the terms of this license, failure to comply with the racetrack rules, or the refunding to the Holder of the printed purchase price of this ticket, shall automatically terminate any rights that the Holder may have hereunder, shall render illegal and unauthorized the Holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose and shall authorize WEG and WRP to withdraw the ticket, refuse admission to the racetrack, or eject the Holder from the racetrack. Breach of any of the terms of this license shall also subject the Holder to all legal remedies available to WEG and WRP. Resale or attempted resale of this ticket, “in violation of applicable law”, is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. The Holder grants permission to WEG to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statement in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium or context for commercial or promotional purpose without further authorization or compensation. THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury (including Death) and all hazards arising from, or related in any way, to, the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event, howsoever caused. The Holder and the Holder’s belongings may be searched upon entry into the Theatre, and the Holder consents to such searches and waives any related claims that might arise against WEG and WRP. If the Holder elects not to consent to these searches, the Holder will be denied entry into the Theatre.
Ticket Exchange Policy
If you are unable to attend a performance on which you have tickets, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same play with in 1 week of the date you hold tickets for, providing seats are available, NO EXCHANGE ON THE SAME DAY OF PERFORMANCE. E-tickets must be mailed back to Woodbine Entertainment Group Central Reservation office. There will be a $5.00 service charge per ticket being exchanged.
Ticket exchange does not apply to groups. NO REFUNDS ON ANY TICKETS.

Special Private Performances
Have a corporate event of private party? Private performance of the shows may be booked providing availability of cast and crew. Three weeks prior notice is required to confirm private performance. Must guarantee a minimum of 150 people for a private performance and tickets will be billed at time of confirmation.
