How to Enter to WIN:

1. Call our Central Reservations Office at 416-675-7223 or 1-888-675-7223 and Book tickets to Suitehearts or Who's Under Where? or both.
2. When you attend either of the shows, you'll receive an entry ballot for the Neil Diamond Concert Prize Packages.
3. Conveners of groups of 20 or more guests will receive one additional ballot for the draw for every 10 guests they bring to a show.
4. Complete Ballot and deposit in our Ballot Drum.

Two (2) entrants from the Mohawk Dinner Theatre will be selected as potential winners in a random draw to be held from all eligible entries.  The draw will be conducted in the Catering Sales office at Woodbine on Monday, May 14th, 2012 at 4:00 pm by the Director of Catering Sales and will be verified by a Marketing Representative on-site. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Neil Diamond Concert Giveaway

January 20th – May 12th, 2012

1. Eligibility

Individuals must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in the Draw and may be required to provide proof of age and residency. Entrants must be dining at the Mohawk Dinner Theatre between January 20th and May 12th, 2012.  Entry will be made on-site at Mohawk Racetrack between January 20th and May 12th, 2012. Entry and all aspects of the Draw are subject to all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. Employees (and those with whom such employees are domiciled) of Woodbine Entertainment Group (“Woodbine”) are not eligible to enter the Draw.

2. Entry

To enter, eligible participants must be dining at the Mohawk Dinner Theatre January 20th and May 12th, 2012 and complete a ballot to automatically be entered for a chance to win 1 of 2 Neil Diamond Prize Packs. All guests will be eligible for draw, conveners of groups of twenty or more guests will receive one additional ballot for the draw for every 10 guests they bring to a show. Entries must be made prior to the deadline of the conclusion of the May 12th, 2012 show.   Any person determined by Woodbine, in its sole discretion, to have tampered with or abused any aspect of the Draw will be disqualified.

For no purchase entry, mail a 200 word hand written letter explaining why you support community theatre to "Woodbine Racetrack - Catering Sales, 555 Rexdale Blvd, Toronto, ON.  M9W 5L2".  Original hand written copies only.  No duplications.  Limit one no purchase entry per day per household.

3. The Draw

Two (2) entrants from the Mohawk Dinner Theatre will be selected as potential winners in a random draw to be held from all eligible entries.  The draw will be conducted in the Catering Sales office at Woodbine on Monday, May 14th, 2012 at 4:00 pm by the Director of Catering Sales and will be verified by a Marketing Representative on-site. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 24 hours to verify all information, to pose a skill-testing question, and to award the prize. The selected entrant will have one week, once contacted, to report to Woodbine or Mohawk Racetrack, present identification and claim his/her prize. To claim the prize and be declared the winner, the selected entrant must :(i) be in compliance with these Draw Rules and Regulations; (ii) must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, skill-testing q If the selected entrant: (i) cannot be contacted within 24 hours; (ii) fails to report to Woodbine or Mohawk Racetrack within one week of being contacted; (iii) fails to correctly answer the skill testing question; (iv) fails to sign the Declaration and Release, or fails to meet any of the other criteria set out in these Draw Rules and Regulations, then, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be randomly selected in a second draw.meets all the qualifications in these Draw Rules and Regulations and can be declared the Draw winner.  Entrants have the chance of winning 1 of 2 Neil Diamond Prize Packs which will include 2 tickets to the June 26th Neil Diamond Concert at the Air Canada Centre and Dinner for two (2 Appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 desserts and non-alcoholic beverages) at Turf Lounge in Toronto. The value of each prize is approximately Woodbine reserves the right at any time to substitute the prize (or a component thereof) for any reason with a prize or a prize component of equal or greater value, including without limitation, but solely at Woodbine’s sole discretion, a cash award.  In no event shall Woodbine be required to award more prizes than the number of prizes indicated in these Draw Rules and Regulations or to award a prize otherwise than in compliance with these Draw Rules and Regulations.

5. Liability

By entering this Draw, entrants release and hold harmless Woodbine, and those associated with Woodbine, from any liability in connection with this Draw.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to waive all recourse (and will be required to sign a release to such effect) against Woodbine, and those associated with Woodbine, relating to winner’s acceptance or use of the prize, including if the prize (or a component thereof) does not prove satisfactory, either in whole or in part.

Woodbine reserves the right to terminate, alter or withdraw this Draw at any time without prior notice.
