As this is the first entry for me on this site please allow me the opportunity to allow you, the audience a back stage look at this dinner theatre. Bringing live theatre to this venue is a great joy for me so I think you might like to know a bit about what goes on behind the scenes even before the stage goes into place. I will focus later entries on the process of creating theatre.
Let me start with how amazed I have been by the customer focus of the people at Woodbine Entertainment, The Mohawk Racetrack and Casino, and even the people I have met who are part of the OLG. There has never been a meeting nor a discussion where the comfort and the enjoyment of the audience wasn’t the deciding factor of the process. This makes it a pleasure to deal with this team since their focus is you; the people who support live theatre.
Please let me express to you, how welcome our actors and crew members have felt while rehearsing and performing in this venue. Managers have approached us to be sure we are accommodated and the others on the team have reached out to ensure our comfort. We have been treated exceptionally well so that tells us you will receive exceptional service as well.
From day one, Ralph, Joseph and Lawrence have referred to us as partners in this process. I assure you this is not just the company line it is in fact the way they operate. I am proud to be associated with the Woodbine Entertainment Group, the Mohawk Racetrack and Casino, and most importantly the individuals who comprise the team they constitute.
